What is the meaning of an exclamation mark in a circle and the circle is in a bracket in dashboard of Opel Car

This symbol is found in the dash board of an Opel Astra 1.8i Car. The symbol is like this ( ! ). The exclamation mark is inside a circle which I cannot indicate.|||I own a shop, and have seen this before. What I think it was intended to do is; it signifies the vehicle makes a statement. A lot of vehicles make a statement to just own one. It has been said one can tell a lot about a person by the vehicle they drive, and a lot of people buy into this idea. They feel good about themselves because their vehicles states who they are, or wish they were. A teenagers vehicle makes a statement to all their peers, and young people feel they need this to establish who they are among their peers. Older people do it to show their success to their peers, and/or impress the opposite sex. Does the Opel make a statement, or is it worthy of such symbols? You be the judge.
