My opel corsa utility 1.7DTI year 2004 don't want to start when the engine is warm & they even put new start?

Starters cost more money - make more profit.

When the engine is hot the compression is more due to the hot oil sealing the piston rings better. It takes more battery current to turn the engine over.

Check the battery and/or battery connections.

Each year - 1.6 million starters and alternators are replaced, when it was the battery.
