In case we're talking about an older Vauxhall with no central locking, insert the key into the cap, hold the cap firmly and turn the key 180 degrees. The cap should now feel firm (not turning freely) and be able to be unscrewed anti-clockwise. To lock the cap, turn clockwise by hand until tight, then turn the key 180 degrees and the cap should now free-wheel (this is locked).
If central locking, sometimes you need to hit the unlock button twice on the remote fob to unlock the petrol flap (Corsa C).|||Hello
If standard the flap should unlock when you unlock the car with the Central Locking.
The cap inside should not be lockable and you open it by twisting it Anti-Clockwise
Andy C|||you have to press the key fob twice to open the flap
