Could GM turn Opel ,Holden, vauxhall and saturn into a independant company, and sell it?

Seems to me this is the only way they could get enough money to avoid bankruptancy|||They won't do that because Saturns are not sold in EUROPE!! Opel is in Europe and lots of people buy their cars. Vauxhall is not a big difference because all they do is just transform the look a bit. I say Let the cars be just the way they are.|||Not easily and why? GM shares platforms between their divisions so its likely they would end up giving away things they want like their new RWD platform, small block V8s, and some pretty nice FWD cars and V6 engines.

If GM sold Opel and Vauxhall what would they have in Europe? Same goes for Holden in Australia. Saturn shares lots of stuff with Opel. GM is also profitable outside the US where they dont have to deal with the UAW.
