Can you put Sparco Racing seats into a 1970 Opel GT?

Im looking to restore my Opel and was wondering if i should just put new leather on the original seats or buy sparco seats and i was wondering if i could put sparco seats into my opel. Also can i use sparco steering wheels on my Opel will the bolt pattern match up|||yes they will fit ,although you will need the seat runners for those seats, as you cant use your origins.
