Where is the fuse box located in a 1971 opel gt?

I just bought a 1971 Opel GT. I'm trying to figure out where the fuse box is located so I can get some lights to turn on.|||under the dash by the steering wheel collumn,the bad thing is it has wire wrapped with cloth not plastic to insulate it so you will probally need to up date the wireing or it will keep blowing fuses
